Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Lopaostab account, exactly what is removed, and the limited records we are required to keep. It applies to Lopaostab for Android and to Lopaostab on the web.

1. Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

Open Lopaostab and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Account actions at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is removed and you are signed out on that device.

This cannot be undone. Your username is released back to the pool the moment the account is deleted, and anyone else may claim it. We cannot restore a deleted account or recover a released username.

2. What is removed, and what we keep

We delete the information that identifies you. We keep a limited set of financial and safety records we are required to retain, as described in Privacy Policy §10. The table below is exact.

Information	What happens when you delete your account
Your profile — display name, username, photo, cover image, bio	Deleted immediately.
Your username	Released immediately and available for anyone else to claim.
Your account record — email address, date of birth, settings and preferences	Deleted immediately.
Your sign-in credentials	Deleted immediately. You can no longer sign in, and password reset will no longer work.
Sign-in records and the devices on your account	Removed, as described in Privacy Policy §7A.
Posts, comments, videos and messages you sent	No longer attributed to a profile anyone can open, because the profile no longer exists. The content itself may remain where other people are part of the same conversation or thread. You can ask us to remove it as well — see section 4.
Coin purchases, gifts sent or received, wallet history	Kept. These are financial records retained for accounting, tax, dispute-handling and fraud-prevention purposes. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
Marketplace orders and seller payouts	Kept, for the same reasons — an order is also the other party's record of a transaction, and a payout is an accounting record.
Safety reports you made, or that were made about you	Kept. Removing these would allow a banned account to erase its own history by signing up again.
Copies in backups and security logs	May persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the normal course of operating the service.

Retained financial and safety records are held for seven years and then deleted. They are not used to contact you, are not shown to other users, and are not used to rebuild a profile.

3. If you cannot sign in

You do not need access to your account to have it deleted. Email support@lopaostab.zallixor.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, from the email address on the account, and include your @username if you remember it.

We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming the request. If we cannot establish that the request came from the account holder, we will ask you for something that shows it rather than delete an account on an unverified request — deleting the wrong account is not reversible either.

4. Removing your posts and messages too

If you want your posts, comments, videos and messages removed as well — not only unlinked from your profile — say so in the same email and we will do it.

We do not do this automatically because in group chats and comment threads, removing one person's messages can leave other people's replies without the context that made them readable. It is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation, and it is yours to make.
